Master Class

Wendy Mamattah will lead two master quilting classes during the 2018 Atlanta quilt Festival entitled “Let the Silhouettes Move”. The first class will be held Friday, August 10, 2018 at the Aviation Cultural Community Center, 3900 Aviation Circle, Atlanta, GA.  from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

The second class will be held on Saturday August 11, 2018. The workshop will be held at the South Fulton Arts Center, 4645 Butner Road, College Park, GA from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Cost of each workshop is $60. Students must also purchase a kit from the instructor for $25.00. You will not need to bring any other fabric.

Quilters will learn how to use improvisational appliqué techniques to make African silhouettes with depth. A sewing machine is not required.
