Quilt Artist Latifah Shakir will lead a class in Collage and Applique Quilting Design. The class will be held August 25, 2018 from 1 pm – 4 pm at Hammonds House Museum, 503 Peeples Street, Atlanta, GA 30310.

Students will learn how to improvise with collaging fabric pieces and combine art techniques such as stenciling, rubbings and thread painting with the meditative quality of the hand stitch.
